If you have a Northern Communications alphanumeric pager, you can get the following messages sent out to your pager from any touch tone phone. Simply dial the pager number, press *#*xxx# then hang up (where xxx is the message number).

You can also send your own messages from a phone as well. To send a message, dial the pager number, then use the following table to "type" your message on the phone:

You can use any combination of numeric digits, "Pre-Programmed Messages", and your own alpha text that you want. The message "674-6453 Mike Want to go for a Beer?" is as follows:
