Important Changes To Your Invoice Process

Northern Communications has begun the transition to convert all clients from our existing billing system of printed and mailed invoices, to electronic invoices direct to your e-mail address.  This helps reduce your costs and ours and more importantly, helps our environment and saves a tree! Quite simply, this means you will receive your invoice from us via e-mail.  Many of our clients have already started receiving their invoice via e-mail.  We are currently in the process of contacting all remaining clients to get appropriate e-mail addresses and switch them over.  If you would like to be proactive and be set up immediately, please send an e-mail to info@northerncom.com

 

Payment options for all services at all locations is;
 

  • Pre-authorized debit from your bank account

  • Pre-authorized debit from your credit card (Visa or Master Card)

  • Bank by phone (Call your bank)

  • Bank over the net (At your bank and the Caisse Populaire)

  • In person at the bank
