FUNCTION KEYS

This pager has two buttons, M for Mode and S Select.

TURNING PAGER ON

Hold down the Mode key for several seconds and the pager will flash on.

TURNING PAGER OFF

Click the Mode button 8 times and the pager will ask if you want to turn it off, press Select to shut off.

SWITCHING TO SILENT/TONE MODE

Press the Mode button 3 times, it will ask either “silent” or “tone”, press Select to change from one to the other.

READING AN INCOMING PAGE

This pager has 20 message slots and each message slot stores up to 20 digits.  When a message is received the pager vibrates (in the silent mode) or beeps (in the sound mode).  Press the Select key while at the clock display, the pager will display the number of message, time of message; release the select button and the phone number will be displayed.  Press the Select button to return to standby screen.

MESSAGE LOCK AND UNLOCK

You can lock up to 15 messages.  The locked messages will be erased when you take out the battery.  To lock a message; press the Mode and Select buttons together when the message you want to lock is displayed.  The message is locked and the “lock” icon will be displayed.  To unlock a message; press the Mode and Select button together when the message you want to unlock is displayed, the message is unlocked and the lock icon will disappear.

DELETING MESSAGES

To delete all messages, press the Mode button twice, it asks Erase All?  Press Select button to erase all messages that are not locked.  After deleting messages press the Select button and it will show “No Page”.

SETTING THE TONE

From the main screen, press the Mode button 4 times, Tone Set? is displayed.  There are five different tones that you can select from.  Press Mode button to change from Tone 1 through  5.  Press the Select button to set the tone you desire.

SETTING THE ALARM

From the main screen, press Mode button 5 times, Alarm Set? will be displayed.  Press Select button and press Mode button for changing the alarm time.  A clock icon will be displayed.

TURNING ALARM OFF

From the main screen, press Mode button 5 times Alarm Off? will be displayed.  Press Select button and the pager will move to alarm off mode.  The clock icon will disappear.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

There is a battery icon on the main screen which will flicker when the battery voltage is low and there will be an alert tone as well.

GAME

There is a game on this pager.  From the main display screen press the Mode button once, Play Game? is displayed.  Press the Select button and Level 1 is displayed.  Press the Select button to start the game.  Press the Mode button to change from Level 1 through 5.
