Working together, we will first need to set up a call in schedule for your employees to call NCS. When they call we will know they are safe! This can happen as often as you feel it is necessary. Many companies have their employees call in hourly, others less frequently. Some have them call in at the beginning of an activity and then again when the task is complete. The schedule is logged in our database and our systems automatically keep track of it. If the expected check-in doesn't happen our systems automatically let our operators know that there is a problem.
If we don't receive an expected call in, our operators will then take action based on a pre-arranged plan. And we will stay on the job until we are sure that the employee will be looked after! We understand that it might be a serious situation. You can count on us 7x24x365 days a year!
