Northern Communications (NCS) can set up a call in line to respond to inquiries or bookings. This line will be available 24x7 and on weekends. Simply give us the information and let us look after it for you.
NCS can book the attendees who call to register or cancel. We can store the information locally or access the master database to do live updates into your system for tracking the information. Again, attendees will be able to do this at any time that is convenient for them.
NCS can take down payment information or enter the data directly into your data systems for processing on your behalf.
NCS notification services can contact all of the attendees prior to the event as a reminder, or to convey last minute instructions as required. We could also contact attendees after the event with a thank you or a courtesy service message.
