Quick Reference Guide
   

Setting Time & Date
   
1. From the Function Menu, press to move cursor to the "Set Time and Alarm" icon.
 
2. Press .
 
3. Press to move cursor to the hour digit, then use the or to adjust the hour.
 
4. Repeat step 3 to adjust the minutes, AM/PM/24hr., month, day, and year.
 
5. Press to activate the setting
 
Setting the Alarm
   
1. From the Function Menu, press to move cursor to the "Set Time and Alarm" icon.
 
2. Press .
 
3. Press .
 
4. Press to move cursor to the alarm symbol.
 
5. Press or until the "Enable Alarm" icon is displayed.
(or "Disable Alarm" icon to disable alarm)
 
6. Follow steps 3 through 6 in Time and Date to set the alarm time.
 
Note: to set a daily alarm, press until double dashes are displayed for the month, day, and year (--/--/--).
 
Store Messages in Your Notebooks
   
1. From the Message-Status Screen, press , , , or to move cursor to the message you want to move into the notebook.
 
2. Press .
 
3. Press to move cursor to the "Add to Notebook" icon.
 
4. Press to store the message.
 
 
 
Basic Operation
     
Turn Pager On Press
   
Turn Pager Off    
  1. From the Function Menu, press to move the cursor to the "Turn Pager Off" icon.
  2. Press twice.
 
Messages
     
Receiving/Reading Messages
  1. Press any button to stop alert
 
  2. Press to display message
 
  3. Press to view next screen
     
Lock / Unlock Messages
  1. From the Message Status screen, press or to select the message you want to lock or unlock.
 
  2. Press .
 
  3. Select "Lock Message" or "Unlock Message" icon, and press .
     
Delete Messages
  1. From the Message Status screen, press or to select the message you want to delete.
 
  2. Press .
 
  3. Select the "Delete Message" icon, and press twice.
