Northern Communications started as a small answering service in 1954. Through growth, mergers, acquisitions and due to the superior level of customer service that the employees provide, the company has grown to have offices in multiple cites and has diversified into Call Center Services, Security, Emergency Services, and more!

"Message Services" is staffed by friendly and professional employees. We handle everything from simple answering service accounts and remote receptionist service to providing provincial and national inbound and outbound projects. We even handle some telemarketing and order entry in our Contact Centre.

A separate department called "Emergency Services" handles Alarm Monitoring for thousands of clients, as well as Fire Dispatch for many municipalities.
